Asthma affects around 340 million people worldwide and most of them use the same device, i.e. the pressurised inhaler. However, there are currently two problems with this inhaler. On the one hand, it is misused in more than 90 per cent of cases because it requires the complex synchronization of gestures. On the other, users are too dependent on this emergency treatment and neglect long-term treatments … Link seeks to rethink the inhaler in order to optimize the taking of medication but also to offer remote monitoring.
