‘Passager’ (French for both temporary and passenger) relates to time, being short, brief and ephemeral. But at the same time a ‘passager’ is someone who is transported from one place to another. The word ‘passage’, on the other hand, means a place through which one passes. And to pass on to something else is to change, to bring a story to an end or to start a new chapter.

My film is a mix of all this.

With graffiti, each character leaves a trace of their passage on the wall.

And this is the trace I leave of my time at La Cambre.
