I like to think of my work as an elastic material to be shared, a material which unfolds through different media (painting, sound and installation).

My pictorial research focuses on transparency and fluidity in the immediacy of the gesture. Through an immoderate use of water, as a dissolving and revealing agent, I employ a diluted and slightly acid palette in the service of scenes permeated by underlying violence.

I conjure up an aesthetic of slowness, an unhurried immersion, one drop at a time. In my personal laboratory, I invite the viewer to observe attentively and listen silently to the work in progress. The slow progression of the mobilized elements questions our relation to time and to life.
