In this work, the idea of the human body, which ultimately remains the most fundamental subject of my practice, is expressed not by its representation but by its absence. Like the body, nature is an essential element for me. Its image connects earthly life with cosmic and universal calculations, thus combining something recognizable with great abstract and intangible concepts. This piece was born out of the study, observation and contemplation of natural phenomena and natural forms.
