My daily life is an inexhaustible source of inspiration. The Papa project is a stroll through the rooms of the house where I grew up. People are at the heart of my work, although they are not necessarily present. They are implied and their portrait is painted using objects that belong to them. A drawn trinket can also imply something that happened outside the image. The viewer is guided, but this is where the imagination has a role to play.
