I have no skin, we said. Everything that touches me irritates, as if I lacked skin. How do you grow your own skin? The project takes the form of a performance installation. A group of vessels is busy preparing the space. We witness the making of the skin, a mixture of water, oil and flour, and then its display. Several members of the group settle in the centre of the skin and are covered with it, forming a chrysalis. The created cocoon is a space-time where the damaged members of a community come together to regenerate their individual skins.
